Personal Experience & Biography

Life can feel like a lot sometimes, the overthinking, the burnout and the pressure to keep it all together. I understand how overwhelming it can be to carry so much on your own.

If you’re feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, or just not like yourself lately, I want you to know you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out yourself. I’m passionate about therapy because I believe in the healing power of connection and that having someone walk beside you during life’s toughest moments can make all the difference.

My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe real healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life’s many transitions. Together, we’ll explore the emotions and patterns that may be holding you back and work towards greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy, and mindfulness. But most importantly, I tailor our work to fit your needs, your pace and your goals.

Healing looks different for everyone. Whether you’re building coping strategies, seeking self-awareness, or simply trying to find your footing, I’m here to support your journey towards positive and lasting change.

Taking the first step can feel scary, that’s why I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you decide if we’re the right fit.
