Price And Payment
The fees for our services will depend on a number of factors such as the therapy being undertaken; the background, experience and qualifications of the practitioner; whether your insurance company is paying on your behalf and whether your practitioner offers concessions (if you are eligible).

1. Provisions On Fee Collection:
- Fees for individual sessions (50 minutes): $145/Session
- Fees for couples and/or family sessions (50 minutes): $160/Session
- Fees for sessions with Interns range from: $50 to $90
2. Regulations On Fees
The time required for a counseling session is: 50 minutes/session.
- Longer/shorter sessions may be available at an adjusted fee.
- Some insurance plans or Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) may cover a portion of the counselling and therapy services provided by Evolution Psychotherapy. Check with your employer or insurance company.
- Clients will receive a receipt at the end of each session that can be used for insurance reimbursement; income tax preparation; or financial records.
- Other professional services rendered by the counsellor may be charged on a prorated basis.
- Fees for psychotherapy are not covered by OHIP
- The Canada Revenue agency recognizes the cost of non reimbursed services provided by Registered Psychotherapists as a medical expense eligible for a tax credit.
3. Fee Reduction Policy
Evolution Psychotherapy has a policy of reduction of fees for the following cases:
- Where customers have special financial difficulties. In each specific case, we will consult with the client and based on the company's regulations to give the most reasonable fee.
