Hi, I’m Chiara, a Master’s level Counselling Psychology practicum student providing counselling services onsite under the supervision of an approved Site Supervisor.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re navigating personal challenges, responsibilities, relationships, and ongoing stress. In these moments, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself. I see therapy as a space to slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with what matters most in a safe and collaborative way. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, and it often takes courage. In our work together, we’ll move at your pace, with space for reflection, understanding, and gentle exploration of your experience.
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, emotional regulation, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My experience working with neurodivergent children and adolescents has shaped how I understand people—it has deepened my appreciation for flexibility and how uniquely each person experiences the world. Because of this, I focus on meeting you where you are and tailoring our work to your strengths and needs.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion and curiosity. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, Client-Centered, and Strengths-Based approaches, integrating different modalities to support what feels most helpful and relevant in your day-to-day life.
I believe change happens through connection, insight, and a therapeutic relationship that feels safe and genuine. If you’re considering counselling, I would be honoured to support you as you take that next step.
