For the past decade, I have been committed to mental health care in both professional and volunteer roles. I specialize in supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, stress, anger management, relationship concerns, and have worked extensively with individuals who identify as neurodivergent.
I believe healing happens in a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported, and I work collaboratively to create this space. My approach is integrative and person-centered, grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from cognitive-behavioural, existential, solution-focused, and emotion-focused approaches to tailor our work to your unique needs, goals, and values.
I strive to balance exploration and practical change by supporting clients in making sense of their experiences while also developing tools to navigate challenges in their daily lives. Whether we are working through difficult emotions, patterns of thinking, life transitions, or exploring greater self-understanding, I aim to meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels right to you.
I understand how difficult it can be to reach out. You may feel overwhelmed, uncertain, stuck, or isolated with your mental health concerns, but you donโt have to face them alone. I hope to build a space with you to explore your goals and challenges, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward meaningful growth. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking deeper self-understanding, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy and care. If you’re interested in beginning your journey with me, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
