Personal Experience & Biography
I am a Masters level MA Counselling Psychology practicum student practicing under the clinical supervision of an approved Site Supervisor.
I believe healing happens in the presence of understanding, connection and trust. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can feel comfortable exploring challenging emotions on the journey towards healing. Whether you are working through trauma, looking to develop effective coping strategies, or wish to pursue self-exploration and personal growth, I will guide and support you on the path toward achieving your goals.
I specialize in supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, and trauma, and have 3 years of experience working as a residential counsellor for children and adults with Autism and ADHD/ADD. My approach to therapy is person-centered and integrative, drawing from different evidence-based theories such as CBT, EFT, and Psychodynamic Therapy to tailor treatment to your unique needs.
If you are interested in taking the first step towards healing I invite you to contact me for a free 15-minute consultation. Please note that client referrals are assigned based on factors such as expertise, availability, and client preferences at the discretion of the practicum site. A direct referral to me may not be guaranteed.
