Personal Experience & Biography
Whether you’re experiencing a difficult time in life or seeking to address long-standing issues, I am passionate about providing a safe space for you to share your story. I have extensive experience working with individuals who have faced trauma, ADHD, and grief, as well as those navigating current life situations. Sometimes, we have the tools we need but just need a little guidance to remember how to use them effectively.
I work with both individuals and couples to address a wide range of issues. My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative, focusing on your specific goals and life experiences. I employ a trauma-informed, inclusive perspective and utilize techniques from Gottman, narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices to support you on your therapeutic journey.
I have a particular passion for helping individuals with ADHD. Having worked with many clients with ADHD and having personal experience with it myself, I bring a unique understanding to the challenges associated with this diagnosis. My goal is to help you navigate the world more effectively, working with your ADHD rather than against it.
In all my client work, I tailor my approach to your individual life and perspective. This personalized method empowers you to make changes that align with the life you want to live.
