My work is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive, and I approach each person with care and curiosity.
I draw from evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Gestalt Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and have experience supporting both adults and children with anxiety, low mood, trauma, life transitions, and emotional or behavioural challenges.
