I work with teens, youth, and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in survival mode. Many of my clients are navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship conflict, and generational trauma—patterns that can feel deeply rooted and difficult to break.
My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, reconnect with
yourself, and begin to make sense of what’s been weighing on you. I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, particularly if you have been carrying your burdens alone for a long time. I understand your feelings of helplessness, loneliness, and uncertainty about where to begin. I intend to walk alongside you on your healing journey with empathy, curiosity, and care, helping you rediscover strength and hope along the way.
I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and somatic therapy to support each person’s unique needs and pace.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling psychology, and I have also graduated from child and youth care work, which informs my understanding of human development, attachment, and resilience.
If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing, I’d be honoured to walk beside
you. I’m committed to helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered to build a life that feels more balanced, grounded, and authentically your own. And if you don’t connect or vibe with me, that’s okay. I want you to continue your journey and not give up. Thank you for taking this first step—one of many—toward your healing journey.
