Personal Experience & Biography
With 5 years of experience in the mental health field, I am a passionate psychotherapist dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with resilience and clarity. Specializing in Anxiety, Depression, Stress, and Relationship issues, I focus on blending evidence-based therapies with a warm, collaborative approach that meets each client where they are.
With expertise in CBT, DBT, Emotion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I believe in the power of self-awareness and healing, creating a safe space where clients can explore, grow, and transform. Whether working with individuals, couples, or children, I empower clients to unlock their full potential and lead more fulfilling lives.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy staying active through hot yoga, enjoy a competitive match of chess, reading a good romance book and am committed to continuous growth both personally and professionally.
